what a sad day. the yankee dynasty did not end. the mariners showed why they
won 116 games this season...and ichiro showed why he is a stud. both teams
proved their worth at the expense of the A'S and the INDIANS. my two
favorite teams. how sucky. i dont know what it is about the yankees, but
they know how to win. it's ridiculous. they get the hits when they need
them. they also exploited the errors the a's made today. i guess the a's
are ALMOST good enough...but not quite. as for the indians, i knew their
pitching wouldnt hold up...but i am surprised that the series went to 5
games. i guess the indians gave it their best, but as usual, they couldnt
go all the way. maybe next year...these major league playoffs now hold
almost no interest for me. i have to resort to cheering for the braves
now, because i dont like any of the other teams in it--the previously
mentioned yanks, mariners, or the diamondbacks. i guess it's good, because
i wont be as distracted by the tv as i was before...well, that's not true.
how doubly sad.
