PROGRESS PIZZA
SEDIAKAN SENDIRI, MUDAH LAGI MENJIMATKAN

Ingredients

1/4 pt milk, 1 tsp sugar, 1/4 oz dried yeast, 8 oz p. flour, 1 level tsp salt, 2 oz margarine, 1 egg beaten, 1/2 Ib tomatoes, 1 small onion chopped, 1 level tbsp dried basil, 1 garlic cloves, crushed, 2 tbsp olive oil, 3 oz grated cheese, Mozarella oe Cheddar, ushroo & paper slices.

Warm milk to blood head. Dissolve sugar in the milk and spinkle on the yeast and leave on the warm place untul frothy. Mix flour & salt , rub in the margarine, stir in the yeast liquid & milk and egg. Make a fairly soft dough. Knead for about 10 minutes then cover & leave to rise. Meanwhile fry the onion & herb gently in oil for 5 inutes with browning. Drain. When dough has double in size, knead lightly, place in your pizza pan press out to cover the base and top with the tomato mixture. Scatter the cheese, mushrooms & papers over the top. Bake in a pre-heated oven 400oF/200oC or gas mark 6 for about 30 minutes.
