Light Bulb Incident:

Have you ever had a glass ball fall from 8 feet in the air, fall on your head, have it shatter off of your head, and lived to tell about it?

I doubt anyone has, until April 3rd.

I was minding my own business, when my sister threw a ball at me.  I went to catch it.  Since she threw the ball high, I raised my hands to catch it.  I went to catch it, and I felt my hand bang something.  I looked up, and the glass covering of the light on my hallway was slowly falling.  As it got closer to me, I turned my head to let it hit the back of my head.  (When it was falling, it was still in one piece.)  When it hit my head, it shattered, causing millions of pieces to be scattered across the kitchen floor.  Now, I cleaned it up, and was glad that it didn't cut me, or knock me out.

Of course, I received no pity at home, where all I got was yelling, no thoughts of if I got hurt or anything.

Well, I'm ok, or so i think.  The nite after it happened, I slept 12 hours staright.  I dunno if that had anything to do with the glass, but what are you gonna do?
