Bowling Highlites:

4-2/02...

Wow.  What a fun day.  So much happened in the matter of a couple of hours.  Here's all that I can remember from that day:

-Of course, the main headline coming from that day, yours truly, bowled a 228, having a strike in every frame except for the fifth and the tenth!

Some other minor events that were funny:

-Jr.'s birthday gift and card from me and my g/f Nicki (it was her idea for the gift and she made the card), which was a market day box wrapped in duct tape.  In the inside of the box, was the following items: 3 ketchup packets, Italian salad dressing packet, a can of mountain dew, a packet of string cheese, a Target ad for game cube, the Travel Section from the Sunday Sun-Times, and a talking cell phone to replace the one he had lost 5 months ago!

-The red-haired jack@$$ behind the bar, at the bowling alley, refused to make me, Jeff, and Marty kiddie coctalis.  I dunno about you, but that got me really p*ssed off.  Who the h*ll did he think he was.  After lots of protest, and a shift change, we got a new bartender, who happily made us our kiddie coctails.

-Plumpy made a surprise ebtrance into the bowling alley, contrary to what many thought.

-Tom was sayin' how he was so much better than me.  So we decided to see who was the better man, and we resolved it by whoever bowled the higher game.  I bowled a 86, he bowled a 73.  Because of this, he went into depression and left.  I wish he wouldn't have cried and stayed for our second round of games, in which I bowled my 228.

That's all I can think of that happened.  If I forgot anything, tell me.
