| 6/18/02 Alrighty, last week i went to florida, but i think i forgot to update the day before i left, so im gonna do a quick-somewhat-day-by-day account of whats gone on recently friday before i left we went shopping (several times) and went to pedros for lunch (we= me dani tiff justin ben) then me and tiff went to kate's party. it was really fun, lotsa lame jokes, yummy food, funny stories, smores, pool, and music!! saturday we left, long car ride, boring, not much to say. we stopped in southern georgia. sunday we got there, went swimming, went shopping went to crabby bills, went bak, slept monday was disney. all four parks in one day. easier said than done. very tiring. tuesday we did universal, slept, shopped, all that fun stuff. wendsday was more universal, as was thursday. thursday night we went to dinner w/ the relatives friday was blizzard beach. i finally got sunburnt (and sun rash :-( ) but it wasnt too bad. i also FINALLY found a hat (long story) and we went to ruby tuesdays for dinner. i had a chicken thing, and i swear it was the best food i've had in my entire life!!! omg, i wish we had a ruby tuesdays in madison!! (we used to i know) saturday we went shopping, that was fun!! i love going to outlet malls, cheap brand-name clothing!! then we went back and swam. also a really kick-ass globe made out of jem stones and stuff sunday we left, long drive home. dropped tiff off in stoughton. went home. started unpacking. went in my room. saw roses and the fishing game. it was sooooo sweet!!! see, this is the part where i mention how badly i missed justin!!! although seriously, i question my own ability to convert those feelings into words 'cause it seemed like the longest week ever! im sooo soooo soooo happy to be back and spending time with justin!! yesterday we went to work, it was awesome, we went to dinner, it was good. (mmm . . . yummy doughnuts!) and today im at work again (amazingly im not bored yet!! ive survived 2 days of summer boredom free!) tonight im staying late at work, will be fun :-D and, i should finish my roll of film soon, get it developed, scan and post, so, expect pictures in the not-so-distant-but-possibly-very-distant future. also, there will be a TON of new quotes. just let me get situated back here and such. -Pepper BTW: i got my grades in!! not bad, i actually got a B in math, and the rest were As. amazingly, my most despized class (helath) and my favorite class (chinese) i both got an A+ in. |
| 6/21/02 today is friday, sry for the lack of updates. but, uhhh, errrr, welll, ummm . . . my great great aunt rene broke her hip. odds are she wont make it past this weekend this means boston is canceled, or at least postponed until august. anywhoo, lets recap, eh? wendsday we hung out @ work, stayed late. thursday we repeated. both nights my mom stayed @ the hospital with rene. today im @ work again, we have dinner w/ roge tonight, but we may have to cancel. i hope not though, cause i think we all need a little break from worrying. tomorrow is dan's pig roast, and sunday the hoiyt's are holding a party in chicago, but i dunno if we can make it. oh yea, and today we're grilling out @ work for lunch -- yummy!! im so happy 'cause we'll FINALLY have soda again!! anyways, im gonna go do something (i hope) and i still need to finish my pictures and upload some i already have. also ill be getting around to the quotes section soon -Pepper |
| 6/27/02 -- today is thursday -- its been nearly a week w/ no updates :-O im sorry about that. Well, lets go back to where we left things off - saturday. rene did die on saturday, so in july i'll be gone for a few days. dont worry, i will come back. we went to a pig roast later that night, followed by going to see minority report. and on sunday my grandma came in to town. my days at work are pretty much self explanitory, not much you probly wanna know. umm, some high lights have been going to live garden. and tuesday night i hung out @ justin's house and then we went to see minoriy report with his parents. last night we hung out late at work. and also we've had a lot of talk about buying a new car. its looking like we'll be getting the prius, though we still need to try out the civic. personally, i love the prius and im less than enthused about the honda. we'll likely go test driving tonight. also, yesterday my back pack thingy came in from palm and so now i've got something better to carry my stuff in. oh yea, and i've developed something called "credit card art" . . . be afraid! actually, its just a really pretty sculpture i made out of rene's old phone card. letsee, all my relatives are gonna be in town next week (except aunt kath :-( ) so that should be interesting. and saturday is rhythm and booms -- fun fun. anywhoo, ive got a bit of work to finish up, so id best do that now and babbel on and on later -Pepper |
| 6/28/02 -- and today is friday (kind obvious since yesterday was thursday, but hey - im dumb!) uhh, anyways, dani and ben officially announced that THEY ARE GOING OUT. errr, we officially announced it for them cause they were too shy :-) Umm, its looking like we'll buy the toyota -- yeay!! i love car shopping, theres so much free food and stuff, its fun :-D but i felt bad for justin cause he had to wait for us since there werent enough seats :-( then we went to applebees for dinner, and that was good, and then we went home. pretend you care :-) and today, uhh, letsee. 10 of us went to pizza hut for lunch (it was yummy) but it was REALLY boring since they were almost all talking about work and star trek - UGH!! and letsee, tonight me and ben have both been abandoned. and now it turns out my parents are going to hooters so im gonna be REALLY REALLY bored -- AHHH!! ah well, i'll live. and tomorrow is rhythm and booms so likely no updates. im gonna go on the ferris wheel w/ justin . . . oh lordy am i nervous!! (me+heights=bad) hopefully i dont get too bored tonight, i think im gonna go cut up some credit cards now . . . -Pepper |
