| 8/13/02 alrighty alrighty alrighty folks -- i am BACK!! yeay yeay yeay yeay!! we actually got back at 3 am yesterday, but i didnt feel like updating right away. BUT today i feel like updating my arse off! infact, im gonna start w/ the news, move on to the pictures, possibly add a new section *gasp*, archive the ISP notes and when all is said and done i might find time for quotes later on -- boy am i gonna be busy! (note: i reserve the right to do absolutely none of this if i find something else to do instead :-D) So, anyways, vacation was alright, we went to boston and did quite a bit of shopping. Got some great stuff at Copley place aand Filene's. And there was this one store, Tello's, where i got a leather/suede jacket for just $25 -- i first thought i was hallucinating when i saw the price tag :-D oh yea, and now i have some REALLY tall shoes, so you ppl better beware -- i can now pretend to be tall ;-) we had lotsa fun w/ family there and i wish we had a subway in madison -- those htings are SO convenient! and im afraid of the damned red line -- i swear that thing was stalking me or something!! (if u've ever been to boston u should know what im talking about). anywhoo, we then went to maine for a couple of days and went to acadia national park. next we went to canada and i nearly went insane -- why on earth did we have to go somewhere where ppl speak in french???? i swear i nearly went insane (assuming i havent already which, judging by the pics from kristi's party, is pretty questionable) anywhoo, we got back exactly @ 3 am yesterday morning and surprised the guys -- i missed justin SOOOOOO much!! Aside from vacation, heres some otherstuffs thats gone on between updates: friday before we left was kristi's party and it was fun!! sadly though (or maybe not TOO sadly) i had a bit much mountain dew and i couldnt get to sleep all night :-D also, yesterday was my friend tiff's b-day, so happy birthday tiff and you'd better come over soon!!! (btw, if you never come over i'll keep your present ;-P) So, anyways, i've got a not-so-busy day followed by a very busy week, so if im gonna get any updates going on im gonna have to do it now. So, i'll talk at you all later and if anything doesnt seem to be working quite right its probly cause im in the middle of messing with it . . . it should all be squeaky clean by tomorrow :-D -Pepper |
| 8/14/02 -- ok, well i suck. i was woring on all that stuff i said i was gonna do yesterday then my computer freaked at me (again!!!) and so i stopped for the day. BUT, i did clean up the pictures section and added some more pics (thanks again frankie) and i tinkered with the notes page PLUS i cleaned up the index a tad. I still have work to do on this monster, but thats ok, i'll get it done at some point. Anyways, feel free to browse all my fun new little pointless updates Anywhoo, yesterday was pretty much just another summer day. We went to lunch at TGIFridays and we hungout around MCW. BK came in durring the afternoon and brought us cake though -- it was REALLY yummy! and later we went to mi cochina for dinner and then hung out @ home. thats pretty mch the simple version of yesterday, and likely pretty close to today's story ;-) oh yea, and dani registered for school today, it looks like she dropped french 4 and shes gonna take drawing and drama instead -- interesting. friday is my day to register, i guess i need to figure out which elective i wanna add, hmmmmm . . . -Pepper |
| 8/17/02 -- ahhh, nothing quite like a saturday mornin'! Anywhoo, i have to acount back through thursday. Well i can make most of it really short and simple: i just hung out and RELAXED!! Summer is almost over, let a girl waste it :-) Anywhoo, i did give tiffy her birthday present and she really REALLY liked it (a darned good thing too). Also that night we went to tallard's and they had all you can eat steak for only ten bucks! we were shocked . . . and quite happy :-) then yesterday was school registration -- AHHH!!! turns out i have very very few classes with peoples i know, and so har ive only tlaked to a few ppl who have my lunch hour - harumph. And me and justin saw XXX last night and it was a good movie. some technical flaws (of course) but overall a good movie. then we went to JT's for dinner and then that was pretty much it. And well, today i think we're gonna go to state street and bogey's (for go karts and minigolf) but i dont think in that order. And um well, i thought of my first "random musing" but im not sure if its something i want ya'll to read, so we'll just have to wait and ill decide -- hmmm. anyhew, i'll talk at ya all later -Pepper |
| 8/19/02 -- well, saturday went relatively to plan. we also had a grill out and the boys hungout at our place. oh yea, and in the morning we went to hubbard (dont you love my wonderful sequential order? :P) well, yesterday was the company picnic -- lotsa fun!! we had a big big squirtgun fight and lotsa good food, good drinks, good people, and good times. me and justin even went halfway up the tower! well, i spent most of the day soaking wet and i got really really burnt, then we went to the pool and had lotsa fun. justin even went swimming -- it was soooo awesome!! anyhew, it was a great time, and then we went to applebees for dinner and that was good too. then we just hungout and all that good stuff. Well, today is a very plain day, although today we'd best goto kohls or i'll be very upset cause i got a very awesome shirt there but it has a hole and i need to exchange it or i wont be amused. well, wendsday is noahs ark, and i may or may not respond by then. | 8/23/02 -- Ok, tuesday and thursday were relatively anticlimatic, n2m happened. justin has jaguar (he wanted me to tell "you") wendsday was the waterpark and it was lotsa lotsa fun. afterwards we also went to see road to perdition. i didnt like it, but i was in the minority. when we got back to WI we didnt really do much. Oh yea, and umm, this morning we did an ad shoot so we'll have some comercials up on 27, keep your eye out for em if ya feel like it. letsee, im gonna add some pictures right when im done with this and i might futz around w/ the links section (still no musings though). also school starts monday (whaaaa!!!) so the updates'll start getting scarce (as if they werent already) and i know i need to do quotes but im just too f-in lazy! (thats not really a crime or anything . . . or maybe it is, not so sure yet). but it'll be awesome to see all my friends again, even the ones who went to a diff school last year. i just really really hope some of my friends are in my classes otherwise i'll go totally insane (as if i werent already ;-P) but, umm, yea, tomorrow i have to go to my dad's 20 yr class reunion sunday i doubt i have plans but that'll likely change and i WANT to fit going into the mall somewhere in here. i've got a lot of gift certificate thingies to use up and im DYING to go to deb and rave (we NEED those on the west side). anyhew, time for me to shut up now, bye bye -Pepper |
