Basmati rice---11/2 cup                  Cauliflower cut into mid sized chunks--6to7

                   Water----2 cups                                     oil-----2tbsp

                   potato---1 cubed                                    peas-----1/2 cup

                   cummin seeds----1 tsp                              coriander pow--2tsp

             chilli pow----1tsp                                    salt --to taste

             Turmeric pow----2tsp

preparation
Heat the oil. Add cummin seeds,let them crackle.
Add potato & cauliflower fry for sometime.
Add rice & peas & stir for sometime.
Add chilli,coriander & Turmeric pow.
Pour the water & add the salt.
Cover & cook till rice is done.
Two wistles in a pressure cooker.
