TO PLACE AN ORDER:

IMPORTANT: Please title your e-mail message "DAWN ORDER" or "VINTAGE DOLL ORDER" (since I tend to disregard all e-mail with an address that I don't recognize as spam mail).

I will respond to messages in the order they are received, and honor orders in a first-come-first-served basis.

I will place items on hold for 7 days. If payment is not received within 7 days, the item(s) you ordered will be re-listed or offered to the next person who expressed an interest.

All sales are final (no returns unless item was grossly misrepresented), so please ask questions before making your purchase!

PAYMENT:
Domestic Buyers:
I only accept payment in US funds in the form of:
- cash (at your own risk);
- a "postal" money order purchased from a United States Postal Service (USPS) facility;
- PayPal [NOTE: I accept PayPal payments from new customers with a PayPal "confirmed" address only, and will ship orders paid with PayPal to the "confirmed" address only
- I will only accept a personal check from repeat customers (upon request and approval), and I will wait 14 business days for the check to clear before order is shipped.

International Buyers:
I only accept PayPal from International Buyers.

LAYAWAY:
Upon request and approval, I will accept layaway payments for purchases totaling $100.00 or more.

The layaway payment plan I honor is:
The receipt of payment (see payments accepted above) for 1/2 of total owed, and the receipt of a second payment for the balance, within 30 days.

If you prefer an alternative layaway payment schedule, please let me know. I am willing to accomodate your request.

Layaway orders which are not paid for within the terms above will be forfeited and the item(s) ordered will be re-listed. PLEASE NOTE: I do not issue refunds on partial payments made via layaway for purchases that are canceled or forfeited, nor do I grant returns on items purchased through layaway.

SHIPPING & INSURANCE:
Shipping and insurance fees are extra and will be paid for by the buyer. Shipping fees are determined by weight and final destination.

Unless another method is requested and approved by me, small packages (weighing 1 lb or less) will be shipped domestically via first class mail. Larger or oversized packages will be shipped domestically via Priority mail. I will combine orders to save you money on shipping.

Insurance is optional for packages shipped domestically. Please note that I will not be held responsible for any package that is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping; therefore, if you do not insure your order you assume full responsibility.

Unless another method is requested and approved by me, items are shipped internationally via Global Express Mail (EMS) International Service. [NOTE: Global Express Mail's shipping rate varies per weight of item and destination. The rate includes insurance coverage up to $500.] Insurance for packages shipped internationally through an alternate shipping method is optional and additional.
