Kurt Donald Cobain was born on February 20, 1967. he grew resentful of his parents because of a divorce when he was 9 and the lack of parenting they did. he started getting into music at a very young age. he soon got into punk and tagged along with local punk band The Melvins. he started playing the guitar and singing. he once found a corpse of a man who had hung himself. he grew up to form the legendary grunge band Nirvana. along with his best friend krist novelselic and new drummer, dave grohl left the underground label sub pop for DGC records. they realeased nevermind, in which during the process of recording met his future wife courtney love. they married and had one daughter, frances bean. he attempted suicide in march of 1994 in a hotel in rome. then a month later on april 5, 1994, he died froma supposed self-inflicted gun shot. skeptics say he was murdered but we will never know. all we know is that he was the most brilliant man of his time. |
