Climbing junx

This is the training board I constructed in my room for only 40 bucks (thanks Home Depot & the attic)!- made from: one 4x4' piece of 3/4" plywood(for face anchorboard), six 8' 2x4"s(for frame), four 6" eye-bolts w/ washers and wingnuts(to make face detachable from frame), twenty-two 3 3/4" wood screws(to hold together frame), seventy-five 1 1/2" wood screws(to hold in fingerboards), and 36' of assorted 1x1" to 1"x0.4"(fingerboards, use hardwood so they don't split).
Front view of the wall. Frame of the wall. Side view of the wall.

Every morning I use the wall for exercise, the face is removable(by the four eye bolts) so it can be converted to a pull-up bar. I use the eye hooks to hang my climbing gear on, and use the actual wall for finger training. Start @ the bottom by kneeling and move up and down the board by the fingerboards, eventually you'll get good enough to hang off a 0.4" fingerboard with your pinkie. Another cool thing about the wall, is since the face is removable, the route can be changed easily by either a new face or just turning the face 90 degrees.
