whatis it? In existence since 1965, we are an organization of people intrested in collecting shells. We meet to share our hobby.

whendo we meet? Meetings are on the 2nd tuesday of each month, usually from 7-9 p.m.

wheredo we meet? At the University of Guam Marine Lab in the second floor classrooms.

whatdo we do? Educational speakers on shells and other oceanic topics. Shelling, outings to various Guam beaches and reefs. Annual Malacologic Research Grant. Raffle of shells at each monthly meeting. Informal sharing of shell finds and a chance to have shells identified.

whya shell club? To promote knowledge of reef preservation and enviromentally sound shelling practices. To promote safety in the ocean and to educate people about the hazards in marine life. To share our knowledge and interests in finding shells, especially on Guam.

howto join? Come to a monthly meeting or send by mail. If intrested, individual dues are $5.00 and $8.00 for a family membership. These are yearly dues.
