I, Sylvester Pittman, declare:
I am a plaintiff in this case.
I telephoned Terry Smith of
King’s
Command Foods, Inc. in the summer of 1999 to inquire about job openings. My
brother Larry Pittman, who had been working at
King’s Command Foods told me that there might be job openings. He gave me a telephone number to call, and
when I called it, Terry Smith answered.
I told him that I would like to come out and apply for a job, were there
any openings? He said yes, there were
openings, come on out.
