LARRY PITTMAN, et al.,

                                       Plaintiffs

                  v.

KING'S COMMAND FOODS, INC.,

                                       Defendant

 No. 99-2-52345-8KNT

DECLARATION OF katie lemur IN OPPOSITION TO DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO DISMISS

I, Katie Lemur, declare,

I was an employee at King’s Command Foods from April 17, 1997 until Nov. 10, 1999.  I started as a packer and I was promoted to the fry line.  I was line lead.

Mary Coleman and I sometimes switched positions when the other lady wasn’t there, so I am very familiar with Mary.  I know that Mary worked for six years without a promotion.  When asked why I think Mary wasn’t promoted, my response is that if you don’t play the game—let them hit on you—then you’re not going to get ahead.

Kirk McCoy was my supervisor.  I worked with Larry Pittman, Keith Kern, Greg and Darrell Cody, and Yolanda Eskridge.  Kirk McCoy talked down to them and everyone else.  Kirk is a bigot and he uses his position of power to take advantage of all of his subordinates.  Kirk McCoy fondled me.  I was very upset.  I was powerless because I needed my job.  I couldn’t do anything about it.

Terry Smith talked down to us all the time.  He used his power to flirt with the women.  He flirted with Dee a lot.

The preceding statement is made under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of Washington.
