DECLARATION OF Darrell cody IN OPPOSITION TO DEFENDANT’S MOTION for summary judgment regarding MARY COLEMAN

Note for Hearing with Oral Arguments

Friday, January 18th, 2002 at 9:00AM

I, Darrell Cody, plaintiff in the above captioned case, declare as follows:

I worked with Mary Coleman and I observed Mary Coleman getting harassed by Kirk McCoy.  He would yell at her and treat her badly when there was problem with the work, he would never stop the lines for her.  When the other line ends were backed-up they would shut off the machines and stop the line.  The other line leads were white, it was only Mary that got the harassment on the side of the floor in the pack off room.

I certify under the penalties of perjury under the laws of the State of Washington the foregoing is true and correct.

Dated this                 day of January, 2002.
