We, Larry Pittman, Keith Kerns and Curtis Hollis declare as follows:
In support of our allegation that the occurrence policy was disparate, we cite the five minute grace rule. See page 2 from the union contract marked KCF01378 [Exhibit A]:
"Each tardy of five (5) minutes or more will be counted as one-half (1/2) of one occurrence."
I, Curtis Hollis declare that I was given an occurrence for being one minute late.
I, Larry Pittman declare that I was given an occurrence for being one minute late.
I, Keith Kern declare that the policy said that the grace period was five minutes.
We certify under the penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of Washington that the foregoing is true and correct.
