The third movie starts with a father talking to his daughter Molly. The man is reading a book, and telling her about his job. He is a scientist who is researching some mysterious Pok�mon named the Unown. He then shows Molly a picture of Entei, which is Molly's favourite Pok�mon. Molly says that her father is big and strong, just like Entei. He pretends to be Entei, and runs around the room with Molly on his back. Afterwards, the phone rings, and it is the scientists friend, telling him about an amazing discovery. Molly's father has to leave, and tucks Molly in. He leaves his mansion.
The dad then goes to the cave where the other scientist called him. He gets out his camera, and starts to take pictures of some letters on the side of the cave. He then finds a whole box full of some small tiles. The Unown on the tiles come to life, and they make him disapear into another dimension with them. His friend notices that he is gone, and the scientists camera drops to the floor, leaving only the box of small tiles.
Molly runs down the stairs to greet her dad, but finds his scientist friend. She hears what has happened, and bursts to tears. She takes the camera and plugs it into the laptop, and finds the pictures of the Unown. She also gets the box of tiles, and spells out the word Dad. Her tears drop onto the tiles, and the pieces start to come alive. She wishes that her dad would come back, and crystals start to flood from the room she is in.
One of the servants tries to get into the room, but fails. Molly is the only one left in the mansion. From the crystal, something starts to appear. She is confused, and starts to hear Entei speak. She asks it who it is, and he says that it is what she just wished for. She thinks it is her father who has come back as Entei. Then, the whole area around he mansion also starts to turn into crystal.
Ash and friends are trying to get to the next gym, when they stumble across a female trainer named Lisa with an Aipom. Brock starts to flirt. The friends introduce themselves, and Ash and Lisa decide to have a Pok�mon battle.
Ash uses Totodile firstly, and Lisa uses a Granbull. Totodile blasts Granbull into a tree with its Water Gun attack. Ash switches Pok�mon to Chikorita, and Lisa chooses a Girafarig. The Girafarig uses its psychic powers to beat Chikorita, and Ash then brings out Noctowl. Lisa uses her Aipom. Noctowl beats it with its Tackle, and the trainer then chooses a Butterfree. Ash chooses Bulbasaur. Butterfree uses sleep powder and then a Gust attack to beat Bulbasaur. Ash then switches to Cyndaquil, and the trainer chooses Mankey. Cyndaquil misses a punch, and then uses its Flamethrower attack to beat Mankey. Ash then decides to use Pikachu, and the trainer chooses a Quagsire. Pikachu shocks it, but it is unaffected. Pikachu recovers from a Watergun attack, and climbs a tree, dropping to headbutt Quagsire. Ash wins the match.
Ash, Misty, Brock and Lisa are all out eating lunch. Ash wants to visit a Pok�mon center, and Lisa tells him that there is one in a place named Green Fields. Misty realises that Green Fields is the number one spot for people to go, because of its beauty. The friends decide to go there, but are disapointed when they arrive, as the entire place is covered with crystal. Team Rocket are nearby, and are planning what to do next.
The crystal seems to be spreading, and getting further and further away from the mansion. Ash's mum Delia is watching on T.V. She runs to Professor Oak's house, where Tracey and Oak decide to watch too. They all decide to visit Green Fields, and Ash's mum meets with Ash and the others. They are glad to meet.
Molly is also watching the news and sees Ash mum. She wishes that she had a mum. Entei rushes from the mansion to the Pok�mon Center where Ash and friends are. Entei looks right into Delia's eyes and hypnotises her. He kidnaps her and takes her back to the tower. Molly hasn't seen her mum in ages, and thinks that Delia is her mum.
The friends are gathered around Oak's laptop, while he researches about Entei. They find out the Unown have the ability to read someone's soul, and what that person wishes for they will make come true, like Entei, who was one of Molly's wishes.
Another Pok�mon trainer is also watching the news, and she is the trainer that trains Charizards. Ash's Charizard sees the news from a window. A bulldozer starts to get through the crystal, but Molly can see and wishes that he would go away. The crystal starts to form over the bulldozer, and the driver barely escapes.
Oak and friends receive an email. Its from Molly telling them to stay away. Ash has to go and save his mum. Brock and Misty catch up with Ash. An Aipom comes running up behind them, and passes a Pok�gear to Ash. Lisa says what it does, it is a communicator, and wishes them good luck.
The friends are going through a tunnel made of crystal walking through some water. Jessie and James are watching from the Rocket balloon, and decide that they will steal their Pok�mon later on. Entei notices the balloon and jumps onto the roof, and attacks the balloon. The balloon smashes into some crystal. Jessie and James hold into some crystal, with a 100ft drop beneath them.
Ash and the others get to the end of the tunnel and find a pathway about 20ft above them. Ash sends out Bulbasaur and Chikorita and uses their vines to climb up. T.V crews are all around. They are filming Ash, and Delia sees. She snaps out of the hypnosis, and realises that Ash is her real child. Ash and pals continue walking through the passage and reache a small building that is covered in crystal. Ash cannot get through it, so he uses his Pok�mon to blast him through.
Ash brings out Cyndaquil and tells it to blast through the crystal. It grows back straight after. Misty then uses her water Pok�mon. Cyndaquil keeps the flamethrower going, and the water Pok�mon blast the trainers through. They all get through, and the crystal forms again.
They run up the first flight of stairs and enter a strange area. Molly and Entei are watching too. She wants to get rid of them, but she wants to be in a Pok�mon battle. However, she doesn't have any Pok�mon. Entei tells her not to worry, and he leaves he room. Molly is 18 when she appears infront of Ash, and they are all confused. They all get transported to a flowery room, and Brock asks her if she is Molly. He then tells the others that anything can happen here. Brock chooses to battle with her first, to let the others go ahead.
Brock chooses Zubat, and Molly has a crystal Pok�ball appear in her hand. Inside, it has a Flaafy. Zubat uses Confuse Ray then Wing Attack. Flaafy then uses a electric attack which knocks out Zubat. Brock then calls out Vulpix, and Molly chooses a Teddiursa. It uses mega punch and Vulpix uses Quick Attack. Vulpix hits a few times, but the Teddiursa nails Vulpix with a Mega Punch and wins. In the background, Jessie and James are sneaking past Entei who is watching the Pokemon battle.
Brock then uses Onix, and Molly uses a Phanpy. Phanpy then uses its Rolling attack which beats Onix. While Ash keeps on climbing the stairs, Ash's mum finds the book of which Molly's dad had read out to her. Molly says that Delia can have it because they are all happy as a family. Ash and Misty reach the top of the staircase when Molly appears in front of them. They get transported to a beach where Misty reveals that she is a Gym Leader. Molly is surprised, because Misty is so young. Misty tells her that age doesnt matter, and Molly challenges Misty. Molly then appears in front of her and she is now about 10 years old. They then get transported to underneath the sea, but they can breathe underwater.
Ash tries to run faster and faster, but the ocean comes up. Ash also finds out he can breathe underwater. Molly agrees to use water Pok�mon too. Ash remembers that Brock said anything can happen. Team Rocket are also following Ash, and also figure out what's going on.
The battle starts with Molly sending out a Kingdra. Misty uses Goldeen. Goldeen gets knocked out fairly quickly, and Misty switches Pok�mon to Staryu. Jessie and James are seen swimming up the stairs. Molly then chooses a Mantine which begins by using its Whirlpool attack, but Staryu uses Recover then a Tackle attack.
As Ash continues up the stairs, he finally reaches his mum who is with Molly. Molly is asleep on her lap, and Ash's mum wakes her up and tells her that Molly is not her daughter, and that Ash is her son. Crystal then starts to form all around her, and Entei figures out whats going on. Ash brings out Totodile to fight against Entei. Entei blocks Totodiles attack and beats it with no effort. Ash then chooses Cyndaquil, who uses Flamethrower. Entei uses his attack, and beats Cyndaquil.
Ash then tells Entei that he is not really Molly's father which causes Molly to cry, and more crystal to form. Entei tells Ash that he is Molly's father and attacks Pickchu. Pikachu fights back and Team Rocket enter the room. Entei attacks again, but Ash dives towards Pikachu and gets blasted out of a wall. Ash in meters away from the ground, when he is saved. Out of nowhere, is Charizard!
A large battle goes on with Ash on Charizard's back. The battle lasts a while, and it all ends with Entei with his foot on Charizards neck, about to crush it. Right before Entei takes out Charizard, Molly tells him to stop. Misty and Brock tell Molly that she is good with Pok�mon. Ash's mum puts her hand out and Molly hold it. The crystals start to disapear and Molly cries in joy. Entei starts to leave, and says that he is happy that Molly is happy.
They then try to leave, but the Unown realize what is starting to happen, and they don't want Molly to leave, so they start to make the crystal re-appear. Entei starts to blast through the crystal, and they all start to run down the stairs. They then see all of the Unown in a spherical shape controlling the crystal. Ash tries to run through, but an invisible wall stops him. Charizard then tires, but he also gets blocked. Charizard then uses its Flamethrower, but the wall is too strong. Pikachu then uses Thunder which creates a hole. The Unown are getting angry, and the hole is quickly patched up. The Unown then start to create more crystal, which Entei destroys. He then says that he wants to help, and even though he is not Molly's father, he is happy.
Entei then uses an attack against the Unown but nothing happens. All the Pok�mon are working together, with Charizard using its Flamethrower, Pikachu using it Thunder and Entei using one of its attacks. Entei says that he cannot break through if Molly doesn't believe in him. Molly starts to shout encouragement, and all the Pok�mon start to break through. Entei leaves and goes into Molly's dreams again. Some of the Unown turn back into tiles, and others go through a portal.
The crystal starts to disappear, and the beauty of Green Fields is revealed to everyone. They all leave the building and see a cloud in he shape of an Entei. Molly's dad then drives up with Professor Oak, and they all start hugging. In the credits, Molly's mother returns. |
