About the Sprites:
A ''sprite' refers to a small image that has been taken from one of the Pok�mon video games. The sprites are exact image of what you would normally see on your console screen. This website has sprites from nearly every Pok�mon game, and they are organised by console. The sprites are not just of Pok�mon characters, they can include items, or buildings, or anything that would normally be on the screen during game play. Sprites are often used when making custom Pok�mon images.
