I have tryed many paint programs as far as FREEWARE goes and im tellin ya,
this one is the best ive seen!It's a full program that does JPEG,GIF, on & on.
I have checked this out good & even as far as checkin for viruses.It's very nice.
The mans name is(ill give first name only)JOSEPH who designed this program.
He ask's only that if ya gotta a website,just give him a little plug.GO GET IT!
