Why action? Let me put it to you this way-People are fun to watch when they get blown up. Movies In The Attic is probably the most comprehensive guide to actionflicks you could ask, I have seen almost everything from movies that hit theaters to the "classics" that frequent your rental shelves. My motto is that I'll watch anything. So if there is a particular title you think I should've watched, don't be affraid to speak up. From Kickboxer 3 to Pitch Black...it's all covered. Kung fu classics to big dumb shootemups so dig in. The first thing you should know is that I grade movies on entertainment level not quality or all that horse manure, it's all about if it entertained me or not. . Well here's the straight poop. ****-Classic, gets better everytime you watch it. ***1/2-Very good, a superior movie that works extremely well. ***-Enjoyable-This is a movie that basicly delivers what it promises, sure it's flawed but I wasn't bored. **1/2-Okay- Definitely too flawed to enjoy due to stupidity or a bad script etc, has the ingrediants to work but somehow never comes together. **-Mediocre, This is where we start treading dangerous waters, a movie that has some merit but is pretty rough going. *1/2-Poor, A lame movie which inspires supreme diappointment. *-Awful, An atrocious movie on all levels, bad filmmaking, lame acting and just plain dull. A real clunker.. 1/2*- Disasterous, a complete flop in all regards. Waste of time. 0-An Embarrassment, these clunkers are so bad they leave a foul aftertaste. Extremely poorly made and so excruciatingly dull it hurts. (**** Camp Rating)-Hilarious, sure the movie stinks to high heaven but it's hard to find good laughs.
