Breathing Fire (1991)

Cast:Jerry Trimble, Jonathan Ke Quan,Bolo Yeung

Two brothers protect a teenage girl from their father who is also a mobster of sorts and is after a plastic pizza piece which has a key imprinted on it. Honestly. As far as martial arts actioners go this one certainly has decent action but the movie is so hideously made and laughably acted that even martial arts fans will find it hard to like.

Of course from a cast like this nobody excepts anything remotely close to competence but a plastic pizza? Huh?!  However what makes this thing so hilarious is that the main bad guy played by Jerry Trimble is named Michael Moore (!) which caused me to think about the Michael Moore who makes admittedly excellent documentaries and makes an ass of himself. (As an independant voter, I think both Rush Limbaugh (The right winger)  and Michael Moore (The left winger)  are morons!)  So in anycase the thought of Michael Moore trying to steal a pizza from kids, Is admittedly an amusing thought, but that's not really the movie's fault since this was made before Moore's popularity (Okay
Roger and Me was already out, but I mean when he became a really famous.) Not that it matters Breathing Fire is full of laughable factors, such as a story that makes absoluately no dramatic sense, a final fightscene which defies words (In terms of how it makes no sense) and of course Bolo Yeung dressed as a woman. My goodness, this movie is so awesomely awful it needs to be seen. It's literly so bad that it crosses the line and becomes downright fantastic and when a movie does that it must be commended.
