| The Base (1999) Cast:Mark Dacascos,Paula Trickey Mark Dacascos stars as an undercover agent, who must infiltrate a corrupt army unit, ripping off weapons from Uncle Sam, in this modest yet undistinguished effort. The Base is a movie to watch on TV or if you can find it for fifty cents to rent, but to sepnd more would be pushing it because well, it's far from a good movie, but then again on the other hand it's not bad, it's what the term mediocre was made for, and the actionscenes are rather nifty, but at the end of the day, you've seen this movie a million times, and this movie has little to stand out from numerous straight to video action packers.
