SUPERVISION
All security officers are led and administered to by fully trained site or field supervisors. Our supervisors consist of a varied cross section of backgrounds with solid records in supervision. All have received extensive training in seminars dealing with supervision and management techniques. SMITH SERVICES supervision is constant and client reviewable. Administrative Management directs site and field supervisors on a daily basis. Supervisors are responsible for the administration of the Officer Training Program as well as the Quality Overall Review Evaluation (QORE) process.
Supervisors are trained in Security Management, Physical Security and Loss Prevention, Protection of Corporate Confidential Information, White Collar Crime and Internal Investigation Techniques, Managing Employee Performance, Continuing Quality Management (CQM), EEO Compliance, ADA Compliance and Methods to Recognize and Prevent Sexual Harassment in the Workplace.
