The 4 Loci
Sea serpent genetics are unknown to us humanlings, but now that the first few are available to the public, I need your help to unravel the mystery!

Each serpent has 4 loci in it's genetic code. You can see the contents of the loci in the upper left-hand corner for the males and the lower right-hand corner for the females. For my demonstration, I will use my serpent Mr. Uno's genetic make-up. His picture is above.
As you can see, his code reads: |GG|Yn|PP|LL|
I myself know what each locus stands for, but can you find out?

Got an idea as to what a locus means? PM me at ElementalParadise and tell me!

Hex Codes
A serpent's colour is represented by a hex code, as seen in Mr. Uno's picture. When two serpents breed, their offspring's colour will be somewhere between the two parents' hex codes. As you are all PonyIsland players, I assume you know the more specific aspects of hex codes and breeding.
Mr. Uno's hex code is 006666. If he bred with a serpent whose hex code was 000000, the offspring would result in a hex code between 000000 and 006666. So, the first two numbers would be 0 and each of the last 4 numbers would be anywhere between 0 and 6. As a result, there can be many different colours possibilities from a single breeding.
