Strawberry Shortcake
2 1/3 cups Bisquick Original baking mix
1/2 cup milk
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. marg. or butter, melted (melt in microwave)
Heat oven to 425. Stir all ingredients until soft dough forms. Drop by 6 spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet (I always put it in a pie
or cake pan, doesn't make any difference). Bake 10 to 12 min. or until golden brown.
