Since I watch a lot of movies, I thought I'd devote a page to telling you how good I thought they were.

O Brother, Where Art Thou? (2000)

• Watched 12-16-01
• Directors:  Ethan and Joel Coen
• Cast:  George Clooney, John Turturro, Tim Blake Nelson, John Goodman, Holly Hunter
• Plot:  George Clooney escapes from jail with two others to rescue a treasure in Depression-era Mississippi.
• My opinion:  I liked it.  George Clooney's way of speaking was hilarious. Plus it was great seeing Jesus from The Big Lebowski in this kind of role.

• Director:  Steven Soderbergh
• Cast:  George Clooney , Matt Damon, Andy Garcia, Brad Pitt, Julia Roberts, Casey Affleck, Scott Caan, Elliott Gould , Bernie Mac, Carl Reiner
• Plot:  George Clooney, fresh out of jail, gathers together a group of criminals to rob 3 Vegas casinos.
• My opinion:  I liked it.  I thought it was funny, with a great cast.  I especially enjoyed how the audience was kept in the dark during a lot.  It added a nice twist, although the end was a bit predictable.
