1 package frozen chopped spinach
8-10 ounces Penne pasta
30 ounces spaghetti sauce
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
1 ½ cup shredded cheese

 


 

 

Boil pasta for eight minutes and drain.

Cook frozen spinach for eight minutes, and then drain (press all water out).

Combine pasta and pasta sauce mixture.

Place half of pasta mixture in a two quart casserole dish.

Layer half of spinach on top.

Layer ¾ cup of cheese on top of spinach.

Layer remaining pasta mixture and spinach.

Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Uncover, and add remaining ¾ cup cheese.

Bake five more minutes.
