Cake

1 box of Devils Food Cake Mix
1 small box of vanilla pudding
1 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 1/4 cups of milk

Icing

8 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
4-5 Hershey Chocolate Bars (shaved)
12 oz cool whip

In a large bowl, mix cake mix, pudding, oil, eggs, and milk until well blended.

After well blended, pour into two 9-inch floured cake pans.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until done.

Once cake has cooled, cut each cake into half to make four layers.

Blend the cream cheese and cool whip together in a large mixing bowl.

Then add the powdered sugar and the shaved Hershey Bars.

Mix well and spread over each layer.

Sprinkle shaved chocolate on top layer.
