Steak with Rice
and Mushroom Gravy

I don't really know how my grandma came across cooking steak and rice with mushroom gravy. I don't even remember the first time I ate it. It's not a family recipe or a family tradition to cook it. It's not something we eat only on special holidays. It's an anytime meal. Anybody can make it. You can find everything in the grocery store. If you don't want steak, you can use chicken legs and cream of chicken soup. It's delicious also.
