2 pounds lean ground beef
1 egg
1 cup bread crumbs
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 Tablespoons green pepper, finely chopped
1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
1 Tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
½ cup ketchup
½ package McCormick Meatloaf Seasoning mix




 

Mix tomato sauce, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce in small bowl and set aside.

Mix beef, egg, bread crumbs, onion, pepper, and seasoning mix in large bowl until ingredients are evenly distributed and well blended.

Pour in ½ of tomato sauce mixture.

Shape meat mixture into a loaf - or pat into a nine-by-five (9x5) inch loaf pan.

Bake the meatloaf mixture at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven and pour the remaining tomato sauce mixture onto meatloaf and spread evenly.

Continue cooking 30 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
