Pirate PalateChicken Parmesan

Margo Stout

1 pound chicken breast
1 box angel hair pasta
3 cups water
1 Tablespoon butter
Vegetable oil
Shredded parmesan cheese
Italian style bread crumbs

 



 

Boil the water.

When the water comes to a boil, add the pasta and turn the stove down to a simmer.

Slice the chicken breast into smaller pieces.

Pour a cup of bread crumbs and the chicken into a gallon sized Ziploc bag and shake them up.

Then pour oil into a pan and turn the stove to medium-high.

When oil is hot, place the strips of chicken in the pan.

Cook the chicken until it is white all the way through.

When the pasta is done, strain the water out and stir in the tablespoon of butter.

Serve pasta into a bowl.

Place the chicken on top, or cut it up into smaller pieces.

Then sprinkle the meal with parmesan cheese and enjoy!
