2 pounds of ground beef
2 packages of chili seasoning mix
1 small can of light red kidney beans
1 small can of chili mild beans
2 large cans of tomato sauce
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper

 


 

In a pan, brown and drain the ground beef.

Add salt and pepper, chili seasoning mix, and water.

Mix well and let simmer for 10 minutes.

Move meat mixture to a large crock pot.

Add beans and tomato sauce.

Bring mixture to a boil.

Let simmer on low for at least an hour (the longer, the better).

Serve with crackers, cheese, and sour cream.
