Mom's Chili

2 pounds of ground beef

In a pan, brown and drain the ground beef. Mix well and let simmer for 10 minutes. Move meat mixture to a large crock pot. Add beans and tomato sauce. Bring mixture to a boil. Let simmer on low for at least an hour (the longer, the better). Serve with crackers, cheese, and sour cream. |
