Enchiladas

One of my favorite dishes is beef enchiladas made with an Old El Paso Dinner Kit. I made them at home at least once a week before coming to college. We usually ate them when my mom cooked tacos and we had Mexican night. I loved to make and eat these enchiladas.

They are very simple and easy to make. They don't take long to make at all. They take about 30 minutes to make. The enchiladas are made from an Old El Paso dinner kit. I don't know why I like them so much but, they are really good. My entire family eats them. My little brothers love them!

My family likes them so much we have to make two boxes because there are only six in a box. The first time I ate enchiladas was one day when I was at my dad's house when my stepmom made them. She is always asking me to try new things that she cooks. So, I tried the enchiladas. Ever since then, I've been hooked.

My stepmom usually makes her enchiladas with chicken, but I prefer beef. I begged my mom to go buy an enchilada kit for our family to try it, and she finally did. The family fell in love with them with just one bite.
