Pirate PalateSwedish Pancakes

2 cups flour
1/8 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 stick butter
1/2 teaspoon cardamom
3 tablespoons vegetable oil


 


 

Mix 2 cups flour with 1/8 cup of sugar together in large bowl.

Melt butter.

In a separate bowl, mix melted butter with milk and eggs.

Pour liquid ingredients into bowl with flour and sugar. Wisk until there are no more lumps of flour.

Add cardamom to mixture while stirring.

Put vegetable oil into pan heated at medium to high heat.

Pour ladle of batter into center of pan and rotate pan until batter is spread out on the entire pan.

Flip pancake over after approximately 1 minute and cook for 30 seconds on other side

Take out of pan and thoroughly enjoy!!!
