1 pound shrimp
1 16-ounce bag cabbage and carrots
1 teaspoon garlic
1/4 cup onion chopped
1 package fried spring roll seasoning mix
1 package spring roll wrappers




 

Cook shrimp and set aside.

Put about 1 tablespoon of olive or grapeseed oil in a skillet.

Fry garlic and onion.

Add cabbage, carrots, and seasoning mix.

Cook for about 3 minutes.

Add chopped shrimp.

Put about 2 Tablespoons of filling in each wrapper and fry until golden brown.
