Lemon Meringue Pie

Pour condensed milk into a large bowl. Separate eggs. Put egg yolks into bowl with condensed milk. Put whites into another bowl. Pour some lemon juice into the bowl with the egg yokes and the condensed milk. It's not an exact mesurement of how much lemon juice to pour, so it's up to your particular taste. Mix milk, yolks, and lemon juice together using the wisk. Blend egg whites separately, using your mixer, until they become fluffy. Pour mixture of milk, yolks, and lemon juice into your graham cracker crust. Spread the egg white fluff all over your pie filling, which is what you just poured into your pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until the meringue is lightly browned. |
