1 box of lasagna
1 pound ground beef
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 teaspoon oregano
2 eggs


1 container (8 ounces) ricotta cheese
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
2 bags shredded cheddar and mozzarella
1 Tablespoon parmesan cheese

 

Preheat oven at 450.

Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Drain the grease.

In a separate bowl, combine the eggs and ricotta cheese.

In a large pot, mix ground beef, spaghetti sauce, salt, pepper, oregano, and parmesan cheese.

Let mixture simmer for ten minutes.

In a baking pan, layer the meat and sauce mixture, then lasagna noodles, then more sauce, and then ricotta cheese and egg mixture.

Add shredded cheese.

Repeat layers several times until the pan is as full as you desire.

Bake lasagna for 20 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown.
