1 box Manischewitz matzah
1 bag shredded mozzarella cheese
1 bag shredded parmesan cheese
1 bag shredded cheddar cheese
2 jars prepared marinara sauce, or freshly chopped tomatoes
oregano seasoning (optional)

 


 

 

Open box of matzah, and remove one square of matzah.

Either leave at size it is, or break into several rectangles, and place inside a greased pan big enough to fit the matzah.

Spread the marinara sauce (or the freshly chopped tomatoes) over the matzahs as desired.

Sprinkle the three cheeses over the sauce as desired.

At last, add the oregano, Italian, or any seasoning you'd like, and bake at 425 degrees for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

Let cool for about three minutes before serving.
