Pirate PalateChili Cheese Fun Dip

1 packet of taco seasoning mix
1 large block of Velveeta cheese
1 large canister of chunky salsa
2 lbs ground beef
2 bags of tortilla chips

 

 




 

Cook the ground beef thoroughly on medium-high heat, uncovered.

While the ground beef is cooking, combine the salsa and the cheese in a medium to large bowl and microwave until cheese is melted.

Drain the cooked ground beef and pour in the packet of taco seasoning mix.

Combine the seasoning mix with the meat until it is well covered.

Combine the melted cheese and salsa into the pot with the ground beef.

Cook the dip on low heat until it looks like it is a volcano erupting.

Serve the dip with tortilla chips.

Enjoy with family and friends.
