Pirate PalateProseus Meatballs

2 pounds ground beef
1/8 teaspoon mustard
¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon A1 Steak Sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 small bag of cheddar cheese, cubed
1 egg
½ cup bread crumbs
1 large bottle barbeque sauce




 

In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients except the cheese and barbeque sauce.

Pour half the bottle of barbeque sauce into a crock pot.

Then take a small handful of meat and roll the cube of cheese into the middle.

Place into pot.

When pot is half full of meatballs, pour the rest of the barbeque sauce into the pot and finish rolling the meatballs.

When all the meat is used up, make sure the sauce covers the top of the meatballs.

Set pot to low heat.

Let simmer till the meat is cooked all the way through. This will take several hours.
