Pirate PalateTomato Sauce
   with Meatballs

Sauce

5 cans old tomato with basil
6 cans Hunts tomato paste
½ Tablespoons oregano
2 ½ lbs. pork country rib
1 ½ beef stew cubes
1 pound sweet sausage
8-10 cups water
Fresh basil leaves
Sugar
3 pounds Meatballs



Meatballs

3 pounds ground pork
2 cloves minced garlic
2 teaspoons pepper
½ teaspoons salt
2 Tablespoons parsley
1/3 cup romano cheese
9 eggs
½ loaf of stale Italian bread
    (soaked in water)


 

Mix ingredients for sauce in a large pot.

Fry meatballs in olive oil until brown.

Add meatballs to tomato sauce and simmer for 6-8 hours.
