2 cups of elbow noodles
1 pound of ground beef
1 can of peas
1 can of corn
1 ½ cup of spaghetti sauce
shredded cheese

 



 

Cook ground beef in a frying pan on high until brown.

Turn burner down to low.

Add spaghetti sauce and let simmer.

Cook elbow noodles in a large pot and then strain.

Add spaghetti sauce and ground beef to the elbow noodles.

Stir in peas, corn, and 3 handfuls of shredded cheese.

Sprinkle a thin layer of cheese on top and cover the pot.

Let it sit on low for ten minutes or until cheese is melted.
