Mom's Spaghetti

1 large can diced tomatoes

16 ounces fresh mushrooms |

Sauce Brown ground beef in a 5-quart dutch oven. Drain off any grease. Slice bell pepper, mushrooms, and onion. Crush garlic. Add all ingredients to the ground beef. Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally. The sauce is done when onions are cooked.
Noodles Boil 4 quarts of water. Add salt and cooking oil. Add noodles and return to a boil. Cook uncovered approximately 12 minutes, or until tender. Remove from heat and drain. Return to pot and add butter.
Serving Put some noodles on a plate or in a bowl and cover with shredded cheese. Add sauce. Top with Parmesan cheese. Enjoy! |
