Pointy Shoes
These can be made well but not neatly.  Take an existing pair of dress shoes (the ones you use to wear to church will do nicely), buy some fast setting, black colored silicon rubber (the kind used in the large gun-pump things to seal up bathroom tile).   Squirt some onto a sheet of black plastic (a cut up garbage bag will do) and mold the chunk (from the clean side of the plastic bag, into your pointy toe tip.  As it sets up, make the tip wider and wider until you are finally ready to slop it onto the end of your shoe.   If it doesn't stick onto the end of your shoe after it has cured USE HOUSEHOLD GOOP or some other nice rubbery glue.  After both shoes are done, you will need to glue a section of an old foam, beach sandal to the bottom of the shoe.  This is because you toe has just become 4-6 inches longer and with the added height, you won't have to walk like your wearing flippers.   Also you might want to consider tacking a strip of leather belt to the sole of the new shoe -leather is a bit evil, but there is little replacement for its toughness.

After you make yourself a pair, you will discover new -FANTASTIC ways of dancing and walking that the world hasn't seen since the "Labyrinth" movie.
