| This is simply two loops of relatively stiff wires looped about my head to support four Mag-Light halogen bulbs. The picture doesn't do the apparatus justice, the lights shine brightly like fuzzy little balls of light. The sketch to the right shows the general electrical set up. The two wire head bands double as a positive and negative voltage source for the lights. One wire head band is hooked directly up to the 3 volt battery pack (two 1.5 volt AA batteries) while the other head band wire also goes to the battery pack, but it heads through a little switch first. That's it for the science, mostly it is duct-taped together with a strip of cloth tied about the inside circumference of the head band as a padding against the noggin.
