Mortimer comes home to his Aunt's to tell them he is getting married to the girl next door. His one brother, Teddy, still lives there and believes he is Teddy Roosevelt and cries "charge" every time he goes up the stairs. His other brother, Jonathan, who also arrives the same day is a bad character and is up to no good.

Jonathan brings a doctor who always changes his face so that Jonathan can't be recognized by the cops.

If that isn't crazy enough, Mortimer's 2 Aunts believe they are being compassionate when they poison old men who are lonely and have no family. Teddy then buries them in the basement. The cops are looking for these missing bodies but never where they are because they can't believe that these 2 dear old ladies could ever do anything bad.
