We met one night in Tyger Tyger (a club in Picadilli Circus) in London in December 1998. After a year of writing to each other we finally met again in Hammersmith.
In May 2000 Bas proposed to Pippa in Amsterdam and in July 2000 Pippa moved to Amsterdam to be with Bas.
On 17th October 2001 we were married at the City Hall in Amsterdam Zuidoost. On the 27th October 2001 we had our wedding at Shakas Inhalaba Lodge in Uvongo, Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa.
On 23 December 2001 we bought our first house in Haarlem and moved in on the 28th December 2001. No babies yet - hehehee
Gary and Bev Barker live in Margate, Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa.
Gary (55) has partnership in a Construction Company where his occupation is a Quantity Surveyor.
Bev (53) (Pippa's step-mom) owns a Jewelery Shop in Shelly Beach.
Sheila Stone (53)(Pippa's birth mother) is currently living in Swaziland, Africa.
Adam (29), Pippa's older brother is currently living with Sheila in Swaziland and has two beautiful children, Shannon (8) and Liam (3).
Lee (24), Pippa's younger brother is currently living at home in Margate and is studying a Computer Course and working part time..
Rinus (63) and Nellie de Louw are retired and are currently living in Dennenburg in South-east Holland.
Drea de Louw passed away in June 1993.
Rinus and Nellie were married in August 2000.
Hans (30) Bas's older brother is currently living in Einthoven.
