Well, this is a very common Pippin-fan question. Lets just put it this way: NOT in the movies. But, in the books....YES.

In the back of most LOTR editions, you can find a family tree. In the Took family tree, you can clearly see the Peregrin Took was married to Diamond. They had one son: Faramir I.
Of course, this isn't spoken of in the books OR in the movies. But, it's true.
