I made this fan site because I am totally in love with Pippin from LOTR. In fact, I am so obsessed, one of my friends gave me the name Pippindia (my name is India) and now my other friends call me that. But, I didn't always love Pippin.

I admit: I started out totally despising him and Merry in the first movie. I wanted to strangle them: they kept messing stuff up, darn it! Like in Moria, with the armor they knocked down! AAAARGH! And Pippin giving away Frodo's identity...they were so obnoxious.

In the second movie, I just saw him as a little helpless hobbit. He was just there. I liked his personnality: he was so determined in life, and wanted to help, yet it always seemed he ended up doing something wrong or not understanding.

But in the third movie, I totally loved him. He was so cute! Heroic may be the message Tolkein was going for, but, I thought he was adorable.

When I watched the other two movies again, I realized he wans't so bad. He was just too cute and innocent.

Now I just can't get over how adorable and naive he is. Love you Pippin!

And yes, I am aware that I reused "cute" and "adorable" more then twice, but really, how else do you describe the him? ^_^
