This 1998, 3rd season episode marked the return of Jeffrey Starr, the con man who received psychic sight in the popular second season episode, "Mind's Eye".
Starr turns to the Legacy for protection when his life is threatened by a vengeful ghost. The spirit blames Starr for his ruin and death and is determined to make Starr pay...with his life. The Legacy team reluctantly step in to prevent the hapless con man from becoming the murderous ghost's next victim.
Godin's performance in "Out of Sight" is notable for the same deft mixture of drama and comedy that made his first appearance as Jeffrey Starr in "Mind's Eye" such a hit with fans of Poltergeist: the Legacy. The episode premiered on the Showtime cable network, and began airing in syndication with the 1998-99 season.
