5-8 Step left forward 1/2 pivot turn right, touch left next to right, hold 
9-16 LEFT LOCK STEP, HOLD, STEP PIVOT 1/2 LEFT, HOLD
9-12 Step left forward, lock step right behind left, step left forward, hold 
13-16 Step right forward, 1/2 pivot turn left, touch right next to left, hold
